As the Founder and CEO of Kai-Zen Clean, Mauricio Mejia is deeply committed to the growth and success of the company. He dedicates much of his time to discovering innovative ways to reach individuals and businesses in need of exceptional cleaning services for homes, offices, carpets, and upholstery. Unlike some CEOs who prefer to stay behind the scenes, Mauricio leads by example, continuing to serve his long-standing clients and taking on carpet and upholstery cleaning jobs himself. He finds this hands-on work surprisingly therapeutic and uses these opportunities to experiment with new methods, chemicals, and equipment. This allows him to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and effectively train and guide his cleaning teams and technicians. 

When not focused on the business, Mauricio is dedicated to his physical fitness, regularly attending the gym, playing tennis, and supporting his favorite football team, FC Barcelona.
